- Before installing the update, be certain to back up all your data using the Dynacom backup utility.
- Should the backup fail, please refer to our Dynacom Backup Procedure or contact our technical support service.
- Some antivirus can interfere with the installation of your Dynacom update. We strongly recommend deactivating your antivirus for the duration of the installation to avoid any problem.
- In your Dynacom Accounting application, click on Check for Updates under the Help menu. Follow the instructions to download and install the latest version.
- If you prefer, you can also download the latest update by selecting one of the following options:
- Open your company database in Dynacom Accounting. When prompted, update your database.
Warning! Since this process can take a long time to complete, it is not recommended that you do your update during work hours, because your data will not be accessible while the update is under way.
- Under the Help menu, choose the “About tax tables” option. The displayed date in this window should be from 2003-07-01 to 2017-07-01.
- You can now start using the new version of Dynacom Accounting with your updated company data.
