Looking for immediate support? Here are the options available when you need technical support
for your Dynacom software.
From your Dynacom software
After starting your Dynacom software, click the 911 button located at the top right of the Dynacom homepage.
You will then be redirected to the Members section allowing you to create a technical support ticket. From the screen below, complete your request and make sure to detail your issue.
Once your request is submitted, you can set a callback at a more convenient time for you through the following screen:
An email notice will be sent to the email address set in your user profile confirming that our Support team has received your support request.
From the Internet
If you can’t access your Dynacom software, you can still get technical support through the Members section. Click the link located at the top right of this page to log into the Members section.
Once logged into the Members section, look for the Request support option and complete the steps as described above.
If you have lost your connection credentials
If you lost your connection information to both your Dynacom software and the Members section, please contact a Dynacom representative. The callback time specified in your Preferential Service plan cannot, however, be guaranteed.
