This add-on ensures that certain fields are mandatory when entering an invoice. The selection of the fields is managed from two configuration windows. The fields can either be mandatory for all clients or for specific clients only.
Acessible by the 'Configuration' menu of your Dynacom software, the default settings window provides the ability to specify the fields that are mandatory while entering an invoice, regardless of the client.
The individual settings window, which is available from the client maintenance screen, provides the ability to set exceptions or mandatory fields for specific clients.
Both screens offer the possibility to specify for each field (Purchase Order no., Ship Via, Ship Date, Tracking #, F.O.B., Sales Rep and Freight) whether a warning message is displayed when a field is omitted or if the field must be completed in order to save the invoice.
